1. Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt, where within the EU, and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge. Shipment costs are calculated according parcel weight or volumina (1 m³ = 300kg) and place of delivery. The exact shipping costs are communicated via e-mail as soon as possible after your purchase.

2. Forms of Payment
Cash: Payment with cash at the pick-up of your purchased goods. Invoice: on demand (please forward your tax ID) Payment in advance: You pay in advance, depositing your money on our bank account (find details below). We'll ship your purchased goods as soon as we notice the payment. The goods remain property of Agricenter Spitaler until completed payment.

3. Right of withdrawal
The client has the right to withdraw from placing his order within 14 days, starting with delivery date by letter or e-mail. The shipment costs taken over by the client. The entire sum will be refunded by Agricenter Spitaler.
